so much more than smoking

it is not that simple, as it may appear to you, dear reader, the problem of smoking is seriously disturbing! As I have been googling random stuff I stumbled upon this wonderful and very touching article. I appreciate that there are people who are not indifferent to our lives. 3rd Hand Smoking

So, I have a question now - How do people find time for coming up with stuff like that (and do they get paid a lot for doing that, and if they do can anyone hire me to do that as a job?)? Reading articles like that makes me ponder is there something worse than smoking? It is very easy to make society go nuts when it hears that something out there will kill their babies. I do not know how many little children died from third hand smoking, but I am positive that statistically it is more than we can allow and handle!!!
Another thing is is that true that smokers go to work less? Could anyone provide data of that research, because I personally doubt that.
Okay, another thing to ask, if there is really a 3rd hand smoking, who the heck does find so much money to research this kind of thing???
